Guide for Data Transfer to ORD
1. Business Center
When creating a new ad account in the Business Center, it is a MUST to fill in the following blanks when your target GEOs contain Russia. Otherwise, you could not create any ad group.
1. Please choose “Foreign Person”, if you are not a Russian citizen.
2. *Full Name: Physical/Company name
Tips:According to UROA, you should remove numbers and all punctuations such as «» or “”,if your Physical/Company name includes it.
3. *Role: Advertiser/Agency
3.1 Whether to fill in customer information: You should choose "Yes" and fill the informations of your advertisers if you are "Agency".
3.2 if you are "Agency" choose to fill in the informations of your advertiser, then the all data should be filled in base on your advertiser.
4. *Type: Individual/Entity/Individual Entrepreneur.
Tips: Please select your company type. It is necessary to submit the TIN
5. *Phone Number: Please add your Country Code before the phone number, such as +6563519330.
6. TIN (Tax Identification Number): It is a MUST to fill in the TIN.
Tips: According to the Russian Advertising Law, if you are an entity, the TIN consists of 10 characters; if you are a Physical or an Individual Entrepreneur, the TIN consists of 12 digits.
7. *Contract number: Please fill in the relevant contract number signed between you and BIGO Ads or you and your advertisers.
8. Location: Please select your located country if you choose “Foreign Person”.
9. If you are a foreign physical, either a Phone Number or Electronic payment number must be filled in.
10. If you are a foreign entity, either Foreign TIN or Registration number or its equivalent must be filled in.
2. Delivery platform
1. For ad accounts wihout submitting relevant info, when Russia is added to the target region of the ad group, the following blocking prompt will appear.
2. This function update does not affect the ongoing ad groups that target GEO RU without submitting the needed info.
3. Advertisers can go to “Account Settings” - “Account Info” to fill in and edit account info.
