2.1.3 to Enable the Function: The app needs to accumulate 20 events in the past 7days.
2.1.4 Algorithm: Control CPI around the Bidding, and improve event rate as much as possible.
2.1.5 Applicable Advertisers: Prioritize CPI and want to improve event rate.
2.1.6 Recommended Events: Purchase, Retention, etc.
2.2 Custom bid for Deep Goal Optimization (Require Function Whitelist)
